Be greeted in a comfortable waiting area stocked with nutritional supplements.

The studio is fully equipped to meet the demands of any style of training.

There are bathroom facilities within the studio with access to shower facilities within the Habitat complex.

PRE-CLASS

 Please be punctual and arrive 10-15 minutes before your session to check in, organise yourself, talk with the coach and prepare yourself for the days session. 

BE ON TIME!

Be courteous to your trainer and other participants by being on time. Otherwise, you may find yourself doing some extra work after class.
